Zeolite Rotating Wheel Integrated Machine is the new generationVOCs treatment equipment is a method that organically combines an adsorption concentration unit with a thermal oxidation unit. The zeolite wheel concentration adsorption device utilizes a continuous three-step temperature change吸附-脱附-浓缩 process, concentrating low-concentration, high-volume organic waste gases into high-concentration, low-volume concentrate gases. Its device characteristics are suitable for treating large-volume, low-concentration waste gases containing a variety of organic components.

By rotating the wheel, both the desorption of the gas and the regeneration of the wheel can be simultaneously completed on the wheel.VOCs emissions are effectively adsorbed in the zeolite after passing through a hydrophobic zeolite concentrator wheel, achieving the removal goal. The clean gas containing volatile organic compounds, after adsorption by the zeolite, is directly released into the atmosphere through the chimney. The wheel continuously rotates at a speed of 1-6 rotations per hour, while transferring the adsorbed VOCs to the desorption zone. In the desorption zone, a small amount of heated gas is used to desorb the VOCs. After desorption, the zeolite wheel rotates back to the adsorption zone to continue吸附 volatile organic waste gases. The desorbed concentrated organic emissions are then sent to an incinerator for combustion, converting them into carbon dioxide and water vapor, which are emitted into the atmosphere.

But in different actual application scenarios, the composition of waste gas is complex and prone to high boiling points.VOCs residue aggregation and smoldering phenomena.

High Boiling Point VOCs Residue Polymer

Waste gas treatment contains high boiling point substances.When dealing with VOCs, if the desorption heat is insufficient, the adsorbate is not fully desorbed, which can lead to short-term accumulation and residual of the adsorbate near the adsorption site. Over time, this can cause aggregation, blocking the zeolite adsorption sites, and weaken the adsorption efficiency in that area. To desorb high-boiling-point VOCs adsorbed in zeolite, the following suggestions are provided:

(1) Install front-end high-boiling point VOCs removal equipment

To avoid high boiling pointsDifficulties in desorption due to VOCs adsorption can be addressed by adding a pre-filter fabric or activated carbon filter before the exhaust enters the adsorption wheel, or by installing a dehumidifier or condenser, etc., to initially remove high-boiling point VOCs.

(2) Increase desorption heat capacity

Method one for increasing desorption temperature suggests controlling the temperature atBetween 180-200°C, not exceeding 220°C, to prevent excessive residual heat from causing cooling and affecting the adsorption section's effectiveness; another method is to increase the desorption air volume and decrease the concentration ratio, which can achieve a full desorption effect.
