Zeolite Wheel Integrated Machine is the new generationVOCs treatment equipment is a method that organically combines an adsorption concentration unit with a thermal oxidation unit. The zeolite wheel concentration adsorption device utilizes a three-step continuous temperature variation adsorption-desorption-concentration program, concentrating low-concentration, high-volume organic waste gases into high-concentration, low-flow concentrated gases. Its equipment characteristics are suitable for treating waste gases with high flow rates, low concentrations, and multiple organic components.

By rotating the wheel, the desorption of the gas and the regeneration of the wheel can be simultaneously completed on the wheel.VOCs emissions are effectively adsorbed into the zeolite after passing through a hydrophobic zeolite concentrator wheel, achieving the removal goal. The clean gas of volatile organic compounds adsorbed by the zeolite is directly emitted into the atmosphere through the chimney. The wheel rotates at a speed of 1-6 rotations per hour, simultaneously transferring the adsorbed VOCs to the desorption zone. A small amount of heated gas is used in the desorption zone to desorb the VOCs, after which the zeolite wheel rotates back to the adsorption zone to continue吸附 VOC emissions. The desorbed concentrated organic emissions are then sent to an incinerator for combustion, converting them into carbon dioxide and water vapor, which are emitted into the atmosphere.

But in different actual application scenarios, the composition of exhaust gas is complex and prone to high boiling points.VOCs residue aggregation and smoldering phenomena.

High Boiling Point VOCs Residual Polymer

Waste gas treatment contains high boiling point substances.During the desorption of VOCs substances, if the desorption heat is insufficient, the adsorbent is not fully desorbed, which can lead to short-term accumulation and residue of the adsorbent near the adsorption site. Over time, this can result in polymerization, subsequently blocking the zeolite adsorption positions and weakening the adsorption efficiency in that area. To desorb the high-boiling point VOCs adsorbed in the zeolite, the following suggestions are offered:

(1) Set up a front-end high-boiling point VOCs removal device

To avoid high boiling pointsDifficulties in desorption due to VOCs adsorption can be addressed by adding a pre-filter fabric or activated carbon filter before the exhaust enters the adsorption wheel, or by installing a dehumidifier or condenser, etc., to initially remove high-boiling point VOCs.

(2) Increase desorption heat capacity

Method one to increase the desorption temperature suggests controlling the temperature atBetween 180-200°C, not exceeding 220°C, to prevent excessive residual heat from causing cooling and affecting the adsorption section's effectiveness; another method is to increase the desorption air flow rate and reduce the concentration ratio, which can achieve a complete desorption effect.
