详情描述
Interlocking steel gratingAlso known as interlocking steel grating or compression steel grating, it is a steel grating product made from materials such as plain carbon flat steel, stainless steel, brass plate, aluminum plate, etc., through processes like grooving, interlocking, and welding. The following is a detailed introduction to interlocking steel grating:
I. Categories
Interlocking steel grating can be divided into four types according to the insertion method: pressed type, heavy-duty type, solid type, and sunshade type.
1. Compression Type: Utilizing crossbar flat steel locking molding, with a maximum processing height of 100mm. After cutting slots in the loaded flat steel, the crossbar flat steel is locked into shape, featuring stable structure and strong load-bearing capacity.
2. Heavy-dutyFormed under 1200 tons of pressure, suitable for high-load-bearing areas. The high-width steel and crossbar steel interlock, tightly formed under high pressure, capable of withstanding significant loads.
3. IntegratedThe slot depth of flat steel is 1/2 of its height, the steel grating height does not exceed 100mm, and the length is usually less than 2000mm. The flat steel and crossbar flat steel have the same height, with a slot depth of 1/2 of the flat steel's height, featuring a compact structure and strong integrity.
4. Sunshade typeThrough 30° or 45° slant groove locking molding. The flat steel carries a 30° or 45° slant groove, and the slotted flat steel is locked into place for molding, offering good sunshade effects and aesthetics.
Section 3: Application Fields
The interlocking steel grating, due to its unique structure and excellent performance, has been widely used in various fields:
1. Building and decorative materials industryInterlocking steel grating can be used for flooring, ceilings, staircases, railings, fences, and other parts of buildings, serving the purposes of aesthetics, load-bearing, and protection.
2. Industrial SectorIn factories, warehouses, docks, and other locations, steel grating can serve as load-bearing components for structures like shelves, walkways, and platforms, while also preventing dust accumulation and slippage.
3. Municipal Engineering SectorIn the construction of municipal bridges, roads, railings, and other facilities, interlocking steel grating can serve as a structural component for load-bearing and protection, such as pedestrian walkways and stair treads.
4. Railway Transportation FieldIn subway, light rail, and other rail transit facilities, interlocking steel grating can be used for protection and load-bearing in areas such as train corridors and platforms.
5. Billboard signage fieldInterlocking steel grating can be used to manufacture various billboard signs, featuring aesthetics, durability, and load-bearing capabilities.
