I. Activated Carbon Adsorption Tower Principle:

The workshop contains organic gases or particles that are collected by a hood. The organic gases are then piped into an activated carbon tower. As the gases enter the tower, the wind speed decreases, causing larger particles to naturally settle to the bottom. The organic gas components dissolved in the gas flow into the activated carbon filtration layer. When the organic gases enter the carbon layer, they are adsorbed by the activated carbon. The exhausted air passes through the carbon layer into the exhaust chamber and is released into the atmosphere after mechanical self-suction. During the adsorption process, the activated carbon layer reaches a saturation point, which is directly related to the concentration of gases within the gas itself and the duration of operation.

II. Filter Media and Effect:

The activated carbon is in granular coal form, with a typical value exceeding 800mg/l, indicating a high porosity within each carbon granule, which achieves the predetermined adsorption effect. Organic waste gases treated by adsorption can meet environmental protection emission standards.

III. Equipment Features:

1. Utilizing the excellent adsorption of activated carbon, it can remove odors, VOCs, etc., with an efficiency of over 98%.
