The rotator is fixed with an end cover at its rear end. The large end of the rotating shaft extends beyond the rotator, with a locating plate fixed at the outer edge near the rear end of the rotator. The rotating shaft has eight main oil passage holes axially internally, with the inlets of these holes located at the outer edge of the large end of the rotating shaft, corresponding to the eight main oil passage holes on the rotating shaft. The rotator has eight radial main oil ports that correspond to the eight main oil passage holes on the rotating shaft. This invention allows the rotating part to rotate 360° relative to the fixed part without interference, ensuring smooth flow of oil paths both vertically and horizontally, and preventing the sequential operation of the oil paths.

The excavator central swing joint is designed to connect the hydraulic pipelines between the fixed and rotating parts of the entire hydraulic system. It consists of a rotating body, rotating shaft, and cover, among other components. In use, the rotating body is fixed to the lower rotating platform of the hydraulic excavator and crane machinery, with the installed plate on the rotating shaft connecting to the rotating support on the upper rotating platform. Hydraulic hoses and wires are separately installed at the oil ports and circuits of the rotating body and rotating shaft. The upper platform of the hydraulic machinery drives the rotation of the rotating shaft.
