Prevent impact forces on the shaft during the start-up of the drive source. Excessive off-load is applied to the product, which can cause the drive source (Motor 1) to malfunction, lead to damage, or result in personal injury and equipment damage. The MQR pneumatic multi-port rotating joint utilizes a flexible coupling with a lower flexible shaft joint diagram to avoid the shaft absorbing the confidence and the impact forces from the drive source connection directly bearing radial loads or the body being driven by axial loads.

For superior absorption of eccentricity, and the ability to withstand shock and vibration from rotating joints, it is recommended to use a connection plate to secure rubber/resin couplings. Do not modify the MQR pneumatic multi-port rotating joints, as any modifications will weaken their strength, leading to product damage, potential personal injury, or machinery damage. In the case of a fixed shaft, some degree of freedom is allowed. If the shaft is fixed and does not allow for any degree of freedom, any eccentricity will bind, resulting in poor operation, product damage, or possible personal injury and machinery damage.
