Dosage Feeding Machines and Dosage Feed Scales

 

The volumetric feeders and feed hopper bodies are independently developed and designed based on the introduction of technology and the integration of over 20 years of research and development experience. The new generation products not only retain the advantages of the volumetric feed scales but also boast an aesthetically pleasing, compact design. The bending forming frame and挡板 are rigid, and the single-bar, single-roller spring leaf support method is simple and stable.

The original new tail frame is equipped with spherical self-aligning ball bearings, which are built-in bearings; the adjustment and tensioning of the bolt rod have been changed to a simple slider adjustment, making the weighing body simpler, more reliable, safer, more convenient, more aesthetically pleasing, and less prone to accumulation. Due to the unique structure of the ends and cushion blocks, the belt can be easily and quickly removed without dismantling the roller, cleaner, legs, and other devices during use, saving time and effort, and outperforming similar domestic products and foreign counterparts.

 

The design features a trapezoidal cross-section with wedge-shaped sloping edges, offering a larger volume and rationally designed feeding hoppers. It ensures the material remains loose, smooth, uniform, and stable, significantly reducing the occurrence of material blockages and belt abrasion.

With high friction resistance, large belt wrap angle, and minimal stress, the tension remains stable, ensuring the belt does not slip, extending its service life, and accurately measuring speed. It also plays a role in adjusting deviations and stabilizing the belt, outperforming similar products.

 

The perfect integration of gravity tension with automatic deviation adjustment mechanisms, supplemented by a waist drum-shaped drum and screw slider adjustment mechanism, ensures stable belt tension, flexible, quick, simple, and convenient adjustment. The unique super-tension roller, eccentric adjustment mechanism, and adjustable support methods both improve the system's flexibility and effectiveness and simplify the weighing structure, making it easier to regulate, providing great convenience to users.

 

6. Maintained the unique structure of the vacuum cleaner on the scale, which differs from the connection and fixation method of the scale's shaft. This allows for a stable relative position with the roller, automatically clearing any fallen materials and debris and depositing them on the lower conveyor belt. This effectively prevents paper jams from damaging the belt and ensures smooth and stable operation.
