Installation Location: A light lifting frame is installed between the unwinding device and the rewinding device, with a mirror roller mounted on the lifting frame.

The installation direction of mirror rollers: The frame with the distribution direction of mirror rollers is equipped with guide rollers and distribution rollers. The lifting frame with the distribution direction of mirror rollers is fitted with cooling rollers. The lifting frame is also equipped with one or two pressure rollers that match with the mirror surface heating roller. Surrounding the pressure rollers are support rollers and alignment devices. The embossing roller, support roller, and alignment device are wrapped in fur. A pressure regulating mechanism is installed at both ends of the felt ring on the pressure roller.

The role of lighting devices: The lighting device is used to iron the surface of artificial leather, enhancing the surface grade of the finished leather, and increasing its luster and brightness. It also affects areas on the leather surface with high patterns and dull grooves at the bottom. A large-diameter ultra-mirror heating roller is used, installing the synthetic leather and mirror roller in a heat-resistant felt through the pressure roller. The surface effect of the synthetic leather is adjusted by regulating the pressure, temperature, and ironing time of the synthetic leather.
