FirebrickAvailable in materials such as high-alumina, dolomite, magnesia-chrome, spinel, anti-scaling, phosphate, silicon carbide, and silicon molybdenum, refractory bricks vary in performance and usage conditions depending on the material composition.
High-Alumina Bricks: With more than 75% alumina content, these bricks offer high refractoriness and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, making them suitable for the burning zone in cement kilns.
2. Dolomite Bricks: Excellent erosion resistance, but prone to hydration, which is不利于 storage and transportation.
3. Magnesia Chrome Bricks: Poor thermal shock resistance, and hexavalent Cr is highly toxic; countries producing and using magnesia chrome bricks are decreasing in number.
4. Spinel Tiles: Excellent seismic and anti-reduction properties, but poor耐火 resistance.
5. Anti-slip bricks: Possess strong alkaline resistance, anti-slip properties, and slag resistance.
6. Phosphate brick: Low refractoriness, high strength, and good thermal shock resistance; commonly used in cooler machines and kiln head covers.
Silicon Carbide Bricks: Resistant to high temperatures, they offer excellent resistance to thermal shock and wear, making them suitable for cooling zones and kiln mouths.
SiMo bricks: Excellent thermal shock resistance, high strength, and good wear resistance, suitable for transition zones.
