Marine Communication CableA versatile range of electrical wires and cables used for various vessels on rivers and seas, as well as for offshore or marine constructions, including shipboard power cables, control cables, and communication cables.
High-quality annealed copper is used for the conductors. The conductor structure includes solid conductors, stranded conductors, and soft conductors.
Insulation employs a compression-molded method. This technique minimizes air gaps between the conductor and the insulation, preventing the entry of moisture and impurities. The insulation types include solid insulation and foam insulation.
The outer conductor is made of woven copper wire, with weaving parameters that meet the requirements of standards such as IEC 60092-375.
The armor layer is typically woven, which offers good flexibility, making it convenient for cable installation. The woven armor materials include tinned copper wire and tinned steel wire, both of which possess excellent anti-corrosion properties and have little impact on the cable's performance.
The outer sheath material is also a low-smoke, halogen-free material. This material does not produce toxic gases when burned and generates very little smoke. It is widely used in areas with high personnel density.
Cable markings can be spray-printed as per actual requirements.
