Fire Retardant Packet (Fireproof Packet)
Fire Retardant Bag - Fireproof Bag is a new type of fire-resistant material developed by our company in accordance with the GB23864-2009 national standard. The outer layer of the fire retardant bag is made into a sack from tightly woven, durable glass fiber fabric that has been specially treated. Inside, it is filled with special fire-resistant, heat-insulating, and expansion materials. This product boasts excellent ventilation and breathability at room temperature, as well as resistance to acids and alkalis, water, oil, light weight, and ease of use. When exposed to fire, it rapidly expands and chars to form a fire-resistant barrier with certain thickness and strength. During the expansion and charring process, it absorbs heat and releases non-combustible gases, achieving the purpose of fire prevention, heat insulation, and smoke isolation. It is an ideal product for fire prevention and flame-retardant applications in power cable facilities.
Fire-retardant bags (fireproof bags) are non-combustible and can withstand fire for over 4 hours, expanding and solidifying at higher temperatures. They form a sealed insulating and smoke-sealing barrier, with excellent fire and moisture resistance, and do not contain any toxic components like asbestos.
Usage:
Sealing for空洞 formed by penetrating items such as cables, oil pipes, ventilation ducts, gas pipes, and metal pipelines passing through partitions or floors in power, telecommunications, postal, chemical, industrial, mining, corporate, and construction sectors.
Our products have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. Fire-retardant bags (firestop bags) can be used on-site for fireproof sealing at cable penetration holes in power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, petrochemical industries, etc. They are particularly suitable for situations where cables need frequent replacement or addition, or for temporary fire prevention measures in construction projects.
Construction Method:
Cable shafts are supported with fire-retardant mesh, fire-retardant boards, and iron plates. Place fire-resistant packages flat on the supports to form partitions. For cable tunnels and trenches, follow the domestic spacing regulations for cable tunnels and shafts. At locations where partitions are needed, stack the fire-resistant packages to create fire-resistant walls. If necessary, use angle iron to form supports for easy sealing.
