The bearings of the vibrating screen require regular lubrication with oil, while the vibrating dewatering screen typically does not need lubrication. However, for safety and to prevent accidents, it's important to maintain the dewatering screen properly. The lubrication method for the bearings and the dewatering screen are different. Below, we'll discuss the lubrication methods for the dewatering screen equipment.
The dewatering sieve operates through the use of a reciprocating vibration generated by an oscillator. The upper rotating weight of the oscillator creates a planar circular vibration on the sieve surface, while the lower rotating weight induces a conical rotational vibration. The vibration path forms a complex spatial line, which projects as a circle on the horizontal plane and an ellipse on the vertical plane. By adjusting the excitation force of the upper and lower rotating weights, the amplitude can be altered. By adjusting the spatial phase angle between the upper and lower weights, the shape of the sieve surface's movement path can be changed, thereby altering the trajectory of materials on the sieve surface. Therefore, to ensure the normal operation of the dewatering sieve, lubrication of the equipment is necessary to prevent damage or operational failures.
The oil plate is positioned through the bearing inner ring and the eccentric shaft shoulder, providing effective oil containment; the sealing plate bolts are securely fastened, with nuts and bolts welded in place to prevent loosening.
Therefore, lubrication is not just for bearings; it also benefits the dewatering screen. However, most people's understanding is limited to lubricating bearings, without knowing that dewatering screens can also be lubricated. After all, as long as the bearings are properly lubricated, there are no major issues. But if you want to extend the life of the dewatering screen, lubrication is still necessary. After all, mechanical equipment tends to operate less efficiently over time.
1. If the vibration dehydration screen fails to start or the amplitude is too small, check for any damage to the motor, faulty components in the circuit, or insufficient voltage. If all these aspects are in order, investigate the mechanical aspects next.
Confirm if there's excessive material accumulation on the screen surface of the vibration dewatering screen; if so, clear it immediately.
3. Fault Analysis and Inspection Methods: Check for loose bolts on the coupling of the exciter, and whether the lubricating grease has thickened and clogged. At this point, you can clean and inspect the exciter, and then adjust the position of the eccentric weight or the secondary eccentric block as needed.
4. If there is an abnormal flow of materials on the screen surface of the dewatering screen equipment, check and analyze from the following two aspects:
(1) The screening box lacks sufficient rigidity, exhibiting a critical frequency. The connecting bolts have been vibrated loose, even to the extent of loosening;
(2) The horizontal level of the sieve box was not properly aligned. Check for issues with the support seat of the spring from the support foot or the spring itself. Replace the spring or adjust the support seat size. Additionally, damage to the sieve surface mesh may be the cause, which can be resolved by simply replacing the sieve mesh.
