Why does this electric drum equipment leak oil?
Oil leakage at the outer end cover of the electric roller is a matter that needs to be addressed promptly. There are many reasons for oil leakage during use, which could inadvertently affect the product's operation. The outer electric roller is prone to oil leakage at the end cover and its surrounding areas.
1. The outer casing electric roller end cover is leaking oil at the connection with the cylinder. Check if the connecting bolts are loose, and inspect the exhaust plug and outlet channel for blockage, proper flow, or cleanliness.
2. The oil seal on the end cap is leaking; tighten the oil plug and replace the oil-resistant rubber gasket.
3. The left and right end caps of the electric roller and the rotating parts of the same coupling are oiled. The frame oil seal has worn out, therefore, the spring ring on the frame oil seal can be self-tightened or replaced.
When dealing with issues such as oil leakage from end caps on electric drum rollers, external-mounted electric drum rollers can attempt to resolve similar problems encountered by users. Regular maintenance should be conducted during usage, and the oil level should be checked before and after each use.
