Its standard equipment consists of a unwinding machine (opening roll), roller forming main unit, straightening machine, automatic tracking trolley, cutting machine, main motor, main reducer, collection stand, and electrical operation cabinet.
The company, with a solid foundation in the professional production of cold-formed steel and welded pipe series equipment, has also developed and manufactured deep-processing equipment for metal coil materials, including flatness leveling machines and longitudinal slitting strip cutting machines.
Our manufactured series of equipment boasts international advanced levels, featuring a slitting speed of up to 120M/min, a leveling and cutting machine speed of 80M/min, and a cutting precision within ±0.5mm. It is suitable for processing various specifications of metal coils with sheet thickness ranging from 0.15-25mm and width from 220-1500mm.
