The standard equipment consists of a coiler (unrolling), roller forming main unit, straightening machine, automatic tracking trolley, cutting machine, main motor, main reducer, material collection stand, and electrical control cabinet.
The company, with a professional focus on the production of cold-formed steel and welded pipe series equipment, has also developed and manufactured deep-processing equipment for metal coil materials, including coil leveling and cutting machines, and a series of coil slitting machines, catering to market demands.
Our series of equipment manufactured by our company boasts internationally advanced technology, with longitudinal slitting speed reaching 120M/min, and leveling and cutting machines at 80M/min. The precision of the cross-cutting is within ±0.5mm. Suitable for processing metal coils in various specifications, with sheet thickness ranging from 0.15-25mm and width from 220-1500mm.
