This product is a nonwoven geotextile reinforced by needle-punched polyester continuous filaments, boasting a tensile strength of ≥8KN/m and elongation of 40-60%. It fully complies with the technical requirements for geotextiles set forth in JTJ/T019-98 (Technical Specifications for the Application of Highway Geosynthetic Materials).

This product has moderate thickness, strong asphalt immersion capability, and forms an ideal isolation layer when combined with kerosene, offering excellent waterproofing and thermal insulation properties.

The product features UV protection, cold resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and antibacterial properties.

This product is designed for road development, featuring a unique single-sided and double-sided singeing patent. During installation, the rough singed side should be placed upwards to enhance the bonding between the surface and intermediate layers, prevent it from being lifted and damaged by wheels during construction, and simultaneously inhibit slipping of vehicles and pavers on the fabric.

Over the past few years, practical application has proven that long-fiber singeing geotextile is highly effective in preventing cracks and extending the service life of asphalt pavements.
