Product Introduction

Geotextile mats are a new type of geosynthetic material made by melting and weaving乱丝 into a mesh. They are highly pressure-resistant and have a large pore density, featuring water collection and horizontal drainage capabilities. The composition consists of a three-dimensional geotextile core, with needle-punched perforated nonwoven geotextiles on both sides. The three-dimensional geotextile core can quickly drain groundwater and has a pore maintenance system that can block capillary water under high loads. Additionally, it serves as an isolation and reinforcement function.

Geotextile Pad Overview

Therefore, it can avoid potential sliding issues due to water saturation in the soil cover layer.

Geotextile mats can both drain and release gases produced by fermentation in soil (especially waste and garbage), making them particularly suitable for use in landfill sites.

Geotextile pads, when combined with HDPE, effectively protect the HDPE film from being pierced.

Geotextile Padding Applications

Geotextile mats, when combined with non-woven geotextiles, can effectively manage rainwater渗透 through the soil cover or waste water emitted from the site by utilizing their unique drainage capabilities. The water is discharged in an orderly manner from the interlayer of the geotextile mats as per engineering requirements, preventing clogging. This helps avoid potential sliding issues due to the soil cover becoming saturated with water. The geotextile mats not only drain water but also release gases produced by fermentation in soil (especially waste) within landfills. Their application in landfills is particularly suitable. When used in conjunction with HDPE geomembranes, geotextile mats also provide excellent protection against piercing of the HDPE membrane.
