Construction Method:

When used for subgrade and pavement, the construction method is the same as that for two-way geogrid.

When used for reinforced soil retaining walls, the construction method is as follows:

Establish a foundation, construct according to the designed wall system. When using precast reinforced concrete panels, they are typically 12-15cm thick and supported on precast concrete foundations. The width should not exceed 30cm, the thickness should be no less than 20cm, and the burial depth should be no less than 60cm to prevent frost heave from affecting the foundation.

Level the foundation wall, excavate and level according to design requirements. Soft soil should be compacted or replaced, compacted to the required density, slightly exceeding the wall face.

Rebar laying: The main strength direction of the rebars should be perpendicular to the wall, secured with dowel pins.

Fill soil for walls, use mechanical backfilling, maintain a minimum distance of 15cm between the wheel and reinforcing materials. After compaction, the thickness of the soil layer should be approximately 20-15cm.

During wall construction, the wall area should be wrapped with geotextile to prevent soil loss.
