Grass pavers are a type of ground covering material used for parking lots, roads, parks, and other locations, offering functionalities such as drainage, greening, and beautification. The construction process is generally as follows:

The soil layers at the foundation should be compacted to achieve a density of over 85%. For soft-plastic to plastic-like silt layers, it is recommended to dump boulders and roll them to achieve compaction.

A 150mm thick sand and stone bedding layer is used, with the mixture consisting of 10% medium-coarse sand, 60% 20-40mm gravel, and 30% clay. The mixture is blended, leveled, and compacted to ensure density.

Set a 60mm thick stable layer that also serves as a cultivation layer, with the stable layer consisting of 25% stone chips with a particle size of 10-30mm.

The base of the grass grid consists of 15% medium-fine river sand, 60% cultivated soil, mixed with an appropriate amount of organic fertilizer. After thorough blending, spread it on the sand and stone bedding and compact it to form the base for the grass grid.

Sprinkle a small amount of organic fertilizer at the base and lay the grass grids manually.

The shape and size of the grass grid are magically designed according to the parking space dimensions, generally requiring no trimming during installation.
