The new M-type drainage and vibration-damping pad is a three-dimensional drainage board, composed of two layers of non-woven fabric combined with a central drainage core board. The drainage core board is made of polypropylene and formed into an "M" shaped longitudinal full-section continuous drainage channel through special extrusion. Due to the continuous and linear channels within the drainage core board, different channels do not interfere with each other horizontally, allowing the渗水水流 to pass quickly, thereby achieving excellent drainage effects. The two layers of composite non-woven fabric act as a filter, preventing particles from entering the drainage channel and blocking it in actual engineering applications, ensuring the integrity of the soil structure and preventing structural deformation or collapse. Under engineering projects with special requirements for seepage prevention, a layer of geotextile membrane can be added for its seepage prevention function. Therefore, this product actually combines the functions of drainage, reverse filtration, and seepage prevention into one, making it a typical multi-functional material.




Filtering and anti-seepage function
① The geotextile between the two layers not only provides drainage channels but also serves as reinforcing material to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the soil.
② Geotextiles can effectively prevent soil erosion during drainage, ensuring good soil retention.
③ One layer of geotextile can be replaced with a geomembrane to provide seepage prevention.
④ The main feature of our shock-absorbing pads compared to traditional ones is the continuous straight drainage channels that do not interfere with each other, achieving excellent drainage performance.

The M-type drainage shock-absorbing pad can quickly drain excess water in waterlogging projects, reduce pore water pressure, and enhance the overall stability of the project. Compared to traditional graded gravel or sand drainage layers, it mainly has the following advantages:
① Economical. Calculations show that using M-type drainage and shock-absorbing pads instead of traditional drainage materials can save 15% to 30% in costs, not to mention the benefits from easier construction.
② Rapid Construction. The use of M-type drainage and shock-absorbing pads allows for simple and quick installation, significantly simplifying the complex process of traditional gravel drainage layers. This effectively reduces the construction period and saves costs.
③ Excellent drainage performance. The drainage capacity of a 5mm thick M-type drainage and shock-absorbing pad is equivalent to that of a 50cm thick gravel drainage layer under the same conditions, and it is less prone to clogging, significantly reducing the volume of the drainage layer.

① The M-type drainage shock absorber pad is lightweight, requiring no mechanical assistance and can be installed manually; no advanced skills or special tools are needed, typically, a cutting tool, nails, and a hammer are sufficient for installation.
