The new M-type drainage and vibration damping pad is a three-dimensional drainage board, composed of two layers of non-woven fabric combined with a central drainage core board. The drainage core board is made of polypropylene, formed into an "M" shaped longitudinal full-section continuous drainage channel through special extrusion. Due to the continuous and linear channels within the drainage core board, different channels do not interfere with each other horizontally, allowing water to flow through quickly, thereby achieving excellent drainage effects. The two composite layers of non-woven fabric act as a filter, ensuring that no particles enter the drainage channel during actual engineering applications, thus maintaining the integrity of the soil structure and preventing structural deformation or collapse. In projects with special requirements for seepage prevention, a layer of geotextile membrane can be added for seepage prevention. Therefore, this product actually combines the functions of drainage, reverse filtration, and seepage prevention into one, making it a typical multi-functional material.




Filtering and anti-seepage effect
① The geotextile between the two layers not only provides drainage channels but also serves as reinforcing material to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the soil.
② Geotextiles provide excellent anti-seepage effect, ensuring that while draining, soil erosion is prevented, maintaining good soil conservation.
③ One layer of geotextile can be replaced with a geomembrane to achieve the effect of waterproofing.
④ The main feature of our shock-absorbing pads compared to traditional ones is the continuous straight drainage channels that do not interfere with each other, achieving excellent drainage performance.

The M-type drainage shock-absorbing pad can quickly drain excess water in waterlogging projects, reduce pore water pressure, and enhance the overall stability of the project. Compared to traditional graded crushed stone or sand drainage layers, it boasts the following advantages:
① Economical. Calculations show that replacing traditional drainage layer materials with M-type drainage shock absorbers can save 15%~30% in costs, not to mention the benefits from easier construction.
② Fast Construction. The M-type drainage and vibration damping pad offers a simple and quick installation process, significantly streamlining the complex procedures of traditional gravel drainage pads, effectively reducing the construction timeline and saving costs.
③ Excellent drainage performance. Calculations show that the drainage capacity of a 5mm thick M-type drainage shock-absorbing pad is equivalent to that of a 50cm thick gravel drainage layer under the same conditions, and it is less prone to clogging, significantly reducing the volume of the drainage layer.

Ease of construction
① The M-type drainage shock absorber pad is lightweight, requiring no mechanical assistance and can be installed manually; no advanced skills or special tools are needed, typically, a cutting tool, nails, and a hammer are sufficient for installation.
② The construction method using lap joints is simple and straightforward, ensuring the continuity and convenience of the construction process, and reducing the likelihood of quality issues during construction.
