Product Introduction:
Our newly developed Ink Decolorizer is designed to address water-based ink (paint) wastewater that conventional decolorizers cannot process. It is suitable for the treatment of highly concentrated, highly colored water-based ink and paint wastewater. By producing electrostatic neutralization with anionic groups such as sulfonic and hydroxyl groups in soluble molecules, it forms substances that are easy to remove. Additionally, it utilizes the large surface area generated during hydrolysis to act as a network bridging agent, capturing and adsorbing flocs to achieve water purification and decolorization.
This product is a quaternary ammonium salt-type organic cationic polymer compound, featuring functions such as decolorization and COD removal, with decolorization performance significantly superior to conventional inorganic flocculants. Comparative tests with foreign samples show that, for the same wastewater, at the same dosage, this product's decolorization and COD degradation properties are superior to those of foreign samples. The decolorization rate of this product for wastewater can reach over 95%, with a COD removal rate between 40% and 70%.

Usage Instructions:
Our product can be directly added to wastewater, followed by rapid stirring for 3-5 minutes, then slow stirring for several minutes to form flocs. Afterward, solid-liquid separation can be achieved using air flotation or sedimentation equipment. This product can be used alone or in combination with polyacrylamide or other inorganic water treatment chemicals, which not only reduces treatment costs but also makes the formed flocs easier to settle, thereby enhancing the treatment efficiency. The optimal pH range for wastewater is between 7-10. Direct addition of the chemical for decolorization typically requires a dosage of around 200-500 ppm.
Storage and Packaging:
1. Available in plastic drum packaging, with specifications including 25KG, 30KG, 50KG, 200KG, and 1000KG, etc.
2. This product is a general chemical, suitable for storage at temperatures between 5-30°C; avoid exposing it to direct sunlight.
The product has a shelf life of 6 months.
4. Due to the product's slightly acidic nature, the drug addition device must be made from acid-resistant materials.
Workers should avoid direct contact with the skin during use. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
