Round Column

Powder Coated Round Pillar Project Content: Polyester coating material with a thickness of at least 76um, featuring even, smooth appearance, consistent color, and good continuity. No sparks at 1500V, excellent adhesion after the cross-hatch test, no peeling or flaking. Resistant to impact without chipping or cracking. No bubbling, softening, or loss of adhesion when exposed to chemicals. No creases, expansion, or shedding at high and low temperatures. Accelerated weathering shows no significant discoloration, no cracking or damage. Salt spray test shows no bubbling, peeling, or rusting.

Pillars are predominantly outdoor and exposed to the elements. Concrete pillars are aesthetically unpleasing and difficult for outdoor cabling, while steel pillars have poor corrosion resistance and low cost-performance. Galvanized pillars undergo a process of acid washing—water washing—solvent coating—drying—galvanizing—air cooling—water cooling—passivation—flushing—trimming—powder coating, making them look attractive with strong corrosion resistance and easy for cabling. Other cables can be stored within the pipe grooves of the galvanized pillars, excluding the flexible cables for camera installation at the top, highlighting the high cost-performance of galvanized pillars. Round pillars are commonly used as matching pillars for two-waveform round pillars.

Standard circular pillars are typically 140mm/114mm in diameter, with a thickness of 4.5mm, and a common height of 2150mm. Length is usually determined by the drawings or terrain.

Material: Q235, high-quality low-carbon steel.

Surface Treatment: Hot-dipped galvanized or powder coating. Available in silver, blue, or green, with options for reflective film application on the surface.

1. Round pillars should be patterned according to the design drawings and located by measuring distances from control points such as bridges, passages, culverts, median openings, interchanges, and intersections.

2. During the layout of round pillars, the spacing can be adjusted using the adjustment section, and the spacing remainder can be handled using the allocation method.

3. After the mock-up of the circular columns, investigate the foundation condition at the location of each column. If underground communication pipelines, drain pipes, or insufficient soil depth over the culvert top are encountered, adjust the positions of some columns and alter the method of column fixation.

Column diameter specifications: 140mm/114mm, thickness: generally 4.5mm, standard height: 750mm, base: 300*300*10 or 250*250*8

Material: Q235, high-quality low-carbon steel.

The circular posts have a total length of 4.32 meters (leaving a net length of 4 meters after installation). The spacing between posts is 4 meters. The railing width is 506MM, thickness: 4MM.

1 ton of round posts can cover: 39.2 meters of 4mm thickness. 4mm thick posts weigh 25.5 tons per kilometer.

250 circular posts per kilometer. Post spacing at 4 meters, 250 posts per kilometer, with 2 end posts, 250 post caps, 250 sets of screws, 250 brackets, and 250 friction blocks.

Surface Treatment: Hot galvanized or powder coated. Available in silver, blue, or green, and can also be coated with reflective film on the surface.

Purpose: Used to connect round columns, securely fastened to concrete or ground with expansion bolts, providing a fixed and shock-absorbing protective function.

Manufacturing Process: High-quality steel plate is pickled, stamped into double or triple corrugated sheets, followed by hot galvanizing or hot galvanizing with plastic spraying treatment.
