Due to the excessive use of decorative lines protruding from concrete in the interior walls of steel-framed lightweight boards, if uncoated concrete areas are not insulated, it can lead to frost and condensation inside the room, easily causing wall dampness and mold. Next, we will specifically introduce the reasons for condensation in the interior of such boards.
The node design of the windows is not reasonable. In energy-saving design, there is only one principle for the design position of windows, which is to set different positions according to different thermal insulation forms. When using external insulation, it should be close to the outer side of the wall. Try to connect the thermal insulation layer with the window to form an integrated whole, reducing thermal insulation breakpoints between the insulation layer and the window frame, and preventing the occurrence of thermal bridges. Some designers have ignored the impact of external window heat transfer on energy consumption indicators in the design, and have not chosen thermal insulation design treatment for the window jambs around the window openings. This has resulted in condensation on the steel frame light board.
2. Thermal bridges formed. The insulation breakpoint design is not reasonable, causing thermal bridge effects around the window openings. It is necessary to improve the indoor humidity dead corners, maintain good ventilation conditions, and block the thermal bridges at their source.
3. Inadequate waterproof design: The window design does not consider the dripping water treatment at the top of the root and the waterproofing design at the bottom of the root, making it easy for water to enter the interior of the insulation system from the connection between the insulation layer and the window frame, thereby adversely affecting the steel frame lightweight panel.
