Flat ribbon is a new type of flat ribbon product formed by a group or multiple groups of yarns interlacing in a loop, distinguishing from shuttle loom flat ribbon products (formed by warp and weft crossing vertically). Generally produced on single-spindle machines, it can be customized in specifications ranging from 1mm to 30mm. Materials can include cotton yarn, polypropylene yarn, polyester yarn, mercerized cotton, nylon, artificial silk, or a combination of these materials. Depending on the production machine size, raw materials, color, and other factors, the creative space of the product can be greatly expanded, allowing for the development of various colors, styles, or matching effects.
