Adjust the fork distance according to the volume and shape of the goods, striving to ensure even force distribution between the two forks.

When picking up goods or pallets, the fork should be inserted horizontally into the insertion hole of the pallet, avoiding collisions as much as possible. After picking up the goods, slightly lift the fork and then tilt the door frame backward.

Before starting, observe the forklift's surroundings and the arrangement of goods, keeping the forks 20-30 cm above the ground to prevent tipping over goods; sound the horn when entering or exiting the warehouse doors or making turns.

When unloading a pallet or shipment, first lower the forks to approximately 10 centimeters above the ground or the top of the stacked goods. Then, tilt the gantry to a vertical position. After lowering the pallet or shipment, retract the forks.

During unloading, strictly prohibit shaking, flipping, or using "archery" methods to offload to prevent damage to the forks.

Strictly adhere to the "Five Noes" during operations: Do not lift if the load's center of gravity exceeds the fork's capacity; do not lift if the longitudinal stability is reduced; do not lift if the load is unevenly distributed on a single fork; do not lift if the fork tip may damage the load; and do not lift if the load exceeds the forklift's rated capacity or the load's weight is unknown.

When handling fragile, valuable items, or unstable cargo, or when the cargo exceeds the height of the door frame, it must be securely tied with safety ropes, and a designated person should be on hand to guide as necessary.

When two forklifts are simultaneously loading or unloading the same cargo, someone should be in charge of directing and coordinating communication.

When picking up goods at the platform, the forks must be lifted in the direction of the platform; when horizontal lifting is required, appropriate safety precautions should be taken.

When loading or unloading containers, handle them carefully and gently, without stacking or dragging them on the ground; strictly prohibit horizontal or upside-down stacking or using forklifts to bump into containers.

Absolutely no forklifts are allowed to ram or tow cargo, no collision with vehicle doors or other vehicles, and no carrying people with the forks or lifting them.
