Circuit System
1. Inspect the sensitivity of all control systems. Forklift.
Check for wear on contact points.
3. Inspect the lighting signal system; replace bulbs and fuses as necessary.
4. Inspect and adjust the battery's sulfuric acid ratio, clean the battery surface, and tighten the battery connections.
5. Inspect lift, driving, and hydraulic pump for carbon buildup.
6. Are there any damaged or loose insulating or connecting components?
7. Overall circuit dusting.
Transmission System
Inspect tire bolts and tires.
2. Inspect and adjust the braking system and lubricate the moving joints.
3. Clean rotating bearings, bushes, and apply lubricant. Electric forklift.
4. Inspect automatic transmission systems, replace automatic transmissions, and change filters.
5. Clean the gear box and replace the gear oil.
Chain Components
Inspect the lift chain for cracks or damage.
2. Clean the drive chain, bearings, and apply lubricant.
3. Clean the lifting chain, chain shaft, and apply lubricant.
Hydraulic Systems
Adjust and clean hydraulic oil valves as needed.
Ensure that hydraulic pumps, oil nozzles, connectors, and seals are leak-free.
3. Clean the hydraulic oil tank, replace hydraulic oil, and clean the filter.
