During the actual selection and production process, we often overlook some fundamental knowledge issues regarding sand-making machines, which sometimes indeed relate to equipment selection and production conditions. Here's a brief overview for everyone.
The sand washing machine typically does not require a foundation and can be placed directly on a level surface, usually underneath the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen guides the material into the sand washing machine through a chute; the spiral sand washing machine has an installation angle of about 16-18 degrees.
2. The Difference Between Spiral classifiers and Spiral sand washers: They have the same appearance but different blades. The blades of the spiral sand washer are solid, knife-shaped, while the blades of the spiral classifier are suspended, hollow-shaped.
3. The advantages of spiral sand washers over bucket sand washers include: spiral sand washers can handle larger materials (such as larger stones) and smaller materials, whereas bucket sand washers can only process materials around 5mm. Spiral sand washers provide slightly cleaner washing, but they consume more water.

4. Sand screening typically employs a circular vibration sieve, usually for particles under 5mm, including both 2mm and 4mm sizes, with fine and medium sand available, along with corresponding screens.
5. Sand washing lines have lower requirements; spiral sand washers are more expensive than wheel bucket sand washers, and wheel bucket washers can push more.
6. In the sand production line, the water used in the sand washing machine is recyclable; both the bucket wheel sand washing machine and the spiral sand washing machine utilize recycled water.
7. Regarding the issue of water freezing in the winter affecting sand washing machine operations: The water used in the sand washing machine is running water and will not freeze; when operations cease at night, the water in the sand washing machine's drum is drained.

8. Sludge Treatment: Under strict environmental requirements, it is common to construct sedimentation ponds for sedimentation treatment. Alternatively, sludge can be compressed into sludge cakes using a compactor.
9. If the sand washing is not clean, there may be an issue with the installation and adjustment of the sand washing machine, or the material may be too dirty. A secondary water wash can be performed as needed.
10. Sand loss occurs in all cases, but the wheel sand washers exhibit higher levels; fine sand recovery machines can be used to reclaim lost sand.
