Preparation for Aluminum Composite Panel Façade Installation

Before installing the aluminum single-sheet curtain wall frame, rust removal, anti-rust, and corrosion protection treatments must be carried out to prevent corrosion.

2. Conduct a thorough inspection of the aluminum panels, covering types, quality, colors, patterns, and lines, to ensure they meet the required specifications.

3. Aluminum composite panel curtain walls must comply with specifications in terms of distance. Ensure the wall is flat during installation. If there are irregular areas on the wall, they must be addressed before installation. No gaps should be left between the panels.
