Steel-clad steel steam insulation pipes are composed of an outer steel pipe with anti-corrosion and insulation layers, and an inner working steel pipe. These steel-clad steam composite insulation pipes are suitable for transporting steam or other media at pressures below 2.5 MPa and temperatures below 350 degrees Celsius. Insulation structure
Steel-clad steel insulated pipes have different types of insulation structures depending on the sliding mode, which are: internal sliding and external sliding.
1. Internal sliding type: Insulation structure consists of working steel pipe, aluminum silicate, drag reduction layer, microporous calcium silicate, insulation layer, stainless steel reinforcing strips, aluminum foil reflective layer, polyurethane insulation layer, outer steel pipe, and external anti-corrosion layer (already mostly out of use).
2. External Sliding Type: Insulation structure consists of working steel pipe, glass wool insulation and heat preservation layer, aluminum foil reflective layer, stainless steel fastening belt, sliding guide bracket, air insulation layer, outer protective steel pipe, and outer anti-corrosion layer.
Corrosion protection layer: Protects the outer steel pipe from corrosion caused by corrosive substances, extending the service life of the steel pipe.
2. External Protective Steel Pipe: Protects the insulation layer from groundwater erosion, supports the working pipe, and can bear certain external loads, ensuring the normal operation of the working pipe.
3. Insulation and thermal barrier with glass wool, air insulation: Ensures medium temperature, maintains the outer sheath surface at a constant temperature.
4. Aluminum foil reflective layer: Ensures organic foam material does not enter the inorganic hard, high-temperature-resistant layer; reflects part of the high-temperature layer's heat.
5. Inorganic rigid insulation layer: Withstands high temperatures, ensures the interface temperature between the inorganic and organic insulation layers, and prevents the foam from carbonization.
6. Stainless Steel Fastening Straps, Sliding Guide Brackets: Ensure thermal expansion and contraction of the working steel pipe.
7. Working Steel Pipe: Ensures normal flow of transmission medium
