The 117 Tower in Tianjin Binhai High-Tech Industrial Development Zone has reached the completion of its main structure topping off. Upon completion, the Tianjin 117 Tower will stand at a height of 596.5 meters, making it the world's second-tallest structure, after the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and the tallest under construction in China.
