Introducing the precautions for the use of dredging ships: After starting the dredging ship engine and running at idle for about 10 minutes, you can begin production once the water and oil temperatures, as well as the oil pressure, reach the specified requirements. Before the engine is ready to drive the sand pump, ensure there is an operator in the control room and first turn on the 24V main power switch on the dredging ship's operation cabinet. Then, lower the bridge and suction pipe using the winch on the bridge, allowing the cutter to sink into the water, and start the water pump. Next, engage the gearbox and sand pump by flipping the combined switch on the control panel to have the engine drive the gearbox and the sand pump. Gradually increase the engine speed to the specified RPM. However, the combined RPM of the gearbox is not allowed at the low engine speed, and the engine should not be engaged at high speeds. Once the sand pump has suctioned water and the discharge pipe is flowing normally, you can start the cutter and begin production by moving it laterally. Note: When the dredging ship is performing fan-shaped movements during construction, the positioning桩 should not be inserted into the mud simultaneously. It is not permitted during operation. If the sand pump needs to be temporarily stopped during construction, the disengagement must be performed, separating the gearbox from the sand pump. The dredging ship engine must be reduced to low speed before disengagement.
