The existing artificial sand production lines predominantly utilize the wet process. Regardless of the type of sand washing machine used, a significant drawback is the severe loss of fine sand particles (above 0.14mm). In some cases, the loss exceeds 25%. This not only results in significant losses but also severely affects the gradation of the sand, leading to unreasonable gradation, a coarse fineness modulus, and greatly reducing the quality of the manufactured sand products. Excessive fine sand emissions can also cause environmental pollution.
To address the aforementioned issues, our company has successfully developed a fine sand recovery unit. This system, a state-of-the-art fine material extraction device, was designed by integrating foreign technology with the actual conditions of sand powder. It is widely used in hydropower station aggregate processing systems, glass raw material processing systems, artificial sand production lines, coal preparation plant coarse slime recovery, and environmental protection projects (sludge purification), effectively solving the fine sand recovery problem.
