Silicone Tubing WeavingThe design principle of our product's functionality involves enhancing the traditional silicone tube through special processing to achieve high-pressure resistance. This is necessary because certain products require high pressure levels, potentially reaching several dozen kilograms. Using a standard silicone tube under such high pressure would cause it to burst. Increasing the wall thickness can somewhat improve resistance, but it is far from adequate. To achieve the required pressure resistance, we add woven fibers to maintain the silicone's mesh structure under pressure without fracturing. Then, a silicone outer tube is applied to reinforce the overall pressure resistance, thereby obtaining the characteristic of high-pressure resistance.
In addition to its remarkable pressure resistance, the bending radius performance is also excellent. In the user scenario of water cooler enterprises, the water guide pipes are silicone tubes. These silicone tubes can withstand normal water pressure without issue, but they lack sufficient support, making it prone to sudden pressure drops during operation. The silicone tubes may be drawn in by the vacuum, leading to bending and deformation. If a water cooler's silicone tube bends during operation, it can cause a blockage in water flow. In such cases, switching to a woven silicone tube is an option. These tubes are supported by both weaving threads and two layers of silicone, with the weaving threads being tightly woven without伸缩ability, significantly enhancing the bending capacity. They can bend to 35~200mm without causing a blockage.
Silicone Woven TubingCompressive resistance is divided into positive and negative pressure. Withstanding positive pressure is relatively easier, as it requires weaving a fiber line around the inner tube before extruding the outer tube. However, withstanding negative pressure is more challenging, as the weaving line must be extremely stable with no room for expansion and also provide adequate support. For instance, steel wire silicone braided tubes boast remarkable resistance to negative pressure, along with good positive pressure resistance.

Currently, the focus is more on positive pressure, while the爆破 pressure needs to reach between 12 to 38 kg. The larger the inner diameter of the woven silicone tubes, the lower the pressure resistance; conversely, a smaller inner diameter results in higher pressure resistance. Pressure is calculated based on the pressure per cubic unit. Therefore, as the inner diameter decreases, the volume of gas that can pass through is also reduced. However, the pressure per cubic unit remains unchanged. Hence, smaller-diameter products often have higher pressure resistance than larger-diameter ones. Large-diameter silicone woven tubes can withstand excessive pressure, but the gas, under the unchanged silicone and fiber line, will burst when subjected to pressure. Thus, they are best suited for use between 12 to 25 kg.
If a product requires exceptional pressure resistance, it can be appropriately thickened by changing the weaving wire. Even in the most complex environments or under high-pressure conditions, as long as one is skilled and knowledgeable about woven silicone hoses, they can easily handle the situation. It is possible to replace the inner bend tube, change the weaving material, and even alter the production process. With these flexible methods applied, woven silicone hoses are actually sufficient to meet many requirements.
