Overview of the Climbing Conveyer

The inclined conveyor is widely used in industries such as coal, metallurgy, construction, grain, chemicals, and electricity. After years of relentless efforts, the inclined conveyor has achieved an increased lifting height (up to 203 meters) and a higher conveying capacity (up to 6,000 tons per hour).

Application Range of the Climbing Conveyer:

(1) The climbing conveyor is a general-purpose continuous conveying equipment for bulk materials, yet it utilizes conveyer belts with corrugated ribs and diaphragms. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for large incline angles and vertical 90° conveyance.

(2) The climbing conveyor is applicable to industries such as coal, chemicals, metallurgy, power, light industry, grain, and ports, for conveying various bulk materials with a stacking density of 0.5-4.2t/m³.

(3) For materials with special requirements, such as those that are high-temperature, acidic, alkaline, oily, or contain organic solvents, conveyer belts must be used.

(4) The conveying inclination is within the range of 0° to 90°, with a vertical conveying material particle size of 400mm.
