What is the process for enterprises to import used machinery and electrical products? What documents are required?

Import Operation Process:

1. Sign Purchase Contract: Negotiate trade terms with international suppliers and sign a contract.

2. Arrange overseas pre-shipment inspection: Contact a foreign inspection agency for pre-shipment examination.

3. Chartering a vessel for cargo shipping: Renting a ship through a freight forwarder or shipping company to deliver goods to domestic ports.

4. Confirmation of Chinese Supplementary Materials: Confirm shipping documents upon arrival of goods and supplementing Chinese information.

5. Port Customs and Inspection Declaration: Declare goods to the customs and inspection at the port.

6. Customs Inspection and Examination: The customs inspection passes the cargo after examining the container without any issues.

7. Trailer Transportation Delivery: Arrange trailers to transport equipment to the customer's factory
