The Gas Conduction Oil Furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation furnace with ultra-energy-saving structure, boasting a 65% energy-saving effect. The trolley features collision-proof sealed bricks, while the furnace door is equipped with a spring-loaded clamping mechanism for automatic sealing. The trolley and door are integrated with a rail system, eliminating the need for foundation installation; simply place on a level surface for use. Mainly used for hardening, annealing, aging, and heat treatment of various mechanical parts, such as high-chromium and high-manganese steel castings, ductile iron, rolling mill rolls, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel, etc.

Structural Features

The boiler employs a wet-back, three-pass internal combustion structure, featuring a top header pipe at the boiler's top, effectively preventing direct flame radiation to the rear wall. This increases the radiant heating surface area and enhances the boiler's thermal efficiency.

2. Operates with a slight positive pressure, effectively enhancing the combustion intensity in the furnace, resulting in a smaller volume for boilers of the same capacity and improved thermal efficiency.

3. Utilizing EDA technology, we meticulously calculate the furnace structure dimensions and flue gas flow rates, ensuring optimal and efficient heat exchange between the flame and flue gas, thereby guaranteeing the reliable operation and adequate cooling of the boiler.

4. Utilizing condensation technology, effectively reduces the exhaust gas temperature.

5. Employed reasonable structural design and excellent fire-resistant and thermal insulation materials, significantly reducing the surface temperature of the furnace, keeping it below 50 degrees Celsius (exceeding national standards), and minimizing heat loss.

6. Engineered with a new design to reduce harmful emissions during fuel combustion, particularly nitrogen oxide emissions, in compliance with the nation's low nitrogen oxide排放 standards.

7. Utilizing imported burners from multiple internationally renowned brands, suitable for a variety of application scenarios, ensuring quality and safety.
