It is made up of numerous independent bubbles formed by physical foaming of low-density polyethylene resin. It overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary foam, such as fragility, deformation, and poor recovery. It features water-resistant and moisture-proof, shockproof, soundproof, heat-insulating, excellent plasticity, high tensile strength, recyclable, environmentally friendly, and strong impact resistance, as well as excellent chemical resistance. It is an ideal substitute for traditional packaging materials.
Widely used for packaging a variety of products including car seat cushions, pillow, electronic appliances, instruments, computers, audio equipment, industrial computer cases, hardware lighting, crafts, glass, ceramics, household appliances, spray painting, furniture, leather shoes, daily necessities, and high-end fragile gift packaging such as alcohol and resins, as well as hardware products, toys, fruits and vegetables, and inner packaging for leather shoes. The addition of colored antistatic agents and flame retardants enhances its superior performance.
