It is made up of numerous independent bubbles formed by physical foaming of low-density polyethylene. It boasts many advantages, including waterproof and moisture-proof, shockproof, sound-insulating, thermal insulation, excellent plasticity, high tensile strength, recyclability, environmental friendliness, and strong impact resistance. It also has excellent chemical resistance and is an ideal substitute for traditional packaging materials.
Widely used for packaging a variety of products including automotive seat cushions, pillow, electronic appliances, instruments, computers, audio equipment, industrial computer cases, hardware lighting, handicrafts, glass, ceramics, household appliances, spraying, furniture, leather shoes, daily necessities, as well as high-end fragile gift packaging like alcohol and resins, hardware products, toys, fruits and vegetables, and inner packaging for leather shoes. Adding colored anti-static agents and flame retardants enhances its superior performance.
