It is composed of countless independent bubbles formed by physical foaming of low-density polyethylene. It overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary foam rubber, such as fragility, deformation, and poor resilience. It boasts many advantages, including water and moisture resistance, shock absorption, sound insulation, thermal insulation, excellent plasticity, high tensile strength, recyclability, environmental friendliness, and strong impact resistance. Adding colored antistatic agent and flame retardant enhances its superior performance.
