Polyethylene foam cotton, also known as EPE pearl cotton, is a non-crosslinked closed-cell structure and a new type of environmentally friendly packaging material. It is composed of numerous independent bubbles formed by physical foaming of low-density polyethylene resin. It overcomes the shortcomings of common foam materials, such as fragility, deformation, and poor resilience. It features waterproof and moisture-proof, shockproof, soundproof, thermal insulation, excellent plasticity, strong tensile strength, recyclability, environmental protection, and strong impact resistance, as well as good chemical resistance. It is an ideal substitute for traditional packaging materials.
Widely used for packaging a variety of products such as car seat cushions, pillow cases, electronic appliances, instruments, computers, audio equipment, industrial computer cases, hardware lighting, handicrafts, glass, ceramics, household appliances, spraying, furniture, wine, high-end fragile gift packaging including resins, hardware products, toys, fruits, leather shoes, and daily necessities, as well as express packaging. The addition of colored antistatic agents and flame retardants enhances its superior performance.
