Detailed Introduction to Smart Greenhouses
Reinterpret
Intelligent greenhouses, commonly referred to as multi-span greenhouses or modern greenhouses, are a high-level type of facility agriculture featuring comprehensive environmental control systems. These systems allow for direct regulation of various factors such as temperature, light, water, fertilizer, and air within the greenhouse, enabling year-round high yields and steady production of fine vegetables and flowers with good economic returns. In recent years, with the rapid development of vegetable greenhouse construction, intelligent greenhouses have provided a driving force for agricultural development. The control of intelligent greenhouses generally consists of three main parts: the signal collection system, central computer, and control system.
2. Price
The intelligent greenhouse includes three types: full PO film, full glass fiber reinforced plastic sheets, and hollow glass roof panels, with prices ranging from 260 to 600 yuan per square meter.
3. System Principles
The greenhouse automation control system collects information from sensors within the greenhouse, such as temperature, humidity, soil moisture, and soil temperature. It utilizes an RS485 bus to send the sensor data to a 485 to 232 converter, which is then connected to a supervisory computer for display, alarm, and query functions. The monitoring center displays and stores the received sampled data in tabular form, comparing it with set alarm values. If the measured values exceed the set range, alarms are displayed on the screen or announced via voice, and records are printed. Concurrently, the monitoring center can send control commands to the on-site controller, with the monitoring instrument controlling fans, water pumps, and other equipment to cool and dehumidify, ensuring the growth environment for greenhouse crops. The monitoring center can also activate the on-site monitoring instrument's sound and light alarm devices through alarm commands, notifying greenhouse managers to take appropriate actions to ensure the normal environment within the greenhouse.
