The heat exchanger should not deform, and fasteners should not loosen or have any other mechanical damage.

During equipment hoisting, the lifting rope must not be attached to the connecting pipe, locating beam, or board.

Leave sufficient space around the heat exchanger for easy maintenance.

4. The installation of connections for cold and hot medium import/export should comply with the direction specified on the factory label.

5. Ensure that the pipes connecting to the heat exchanger are thoroughly cleaned to prevent sand, stone, welding slag, and other debris from entering and causing blockages.

The heat exchanger should undergo a hydrostatic test with a pressure of 1.5 times the maximum working pressure. The steam section must not be less than the steam supply pressure plus 0.3 MPa; the hot water section should be no less than 0.4 MPa.
