Technical requirements for sealing components:

1. The raw material used for the hard alloy, its brand, as well as its physical, mechanical properties and metallographic characteristics, shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards.
2. Blanks should not have burrs or sharp edges deeper than 0.33mm.
3. The raw surface must not have defects such as peeling, blisters, delamination, cracks, pores, overburning, underburning, etc.
4. The cross-section of the rough casting should be uniform and consistent, without any black cores, bubbles, layering, cracks, severe carburization, decarburization, or poorly compacted areas.
