Over 90% of the smoke hood and piping can still be seen with the original inner wall metal color.
2. Free cleaning of countertops, kitchen floors, and walls beneath the hood, ensuring a spotless, oil-free surface and a shiny, tidy appearance. Post-cleaning, a surface protection is applied to the stainless steel hood.
3. The impeller chips of the fans and purifiers have over 90% of the surface visible to the undercoat, with no sediment oil stains on the bottom of the motors and purifiers.
4. Different cleaning methods for external flues can yield varied results:
1. The dismantling method allows for over 95% of the original metal color to be exposed on the flue inner wall.
Hole-making methods can expose over 85% of the original metal color on the flue inner wall.
The mechanical cleaning method can only remove about 60% of the oil污 on the surface.
Chimney Cleaning Solution
Take photos of the area to be cleaned before washing.
Employees manually scrape away accumulated oil residue from the flue with shovels. If the exhaust vent cannot reach, cutting equipment is used to create an opening first, and then personnel enter to remove the oil residue. Intermittent openings less than 0.3 meters in the pipeline are cleaned, leaving no blind spots.
After removing grease, use a cleaning machine with a degreaser to spray clean and remove oil stains.
Rinse clean with plain water.
5. Manually wipe clean areas that cannot be reached by the spray cleaning.
6. In case of any gaps, make the necessary repairs to ensure no air leakage.
7. Inspect the cleaning scope, take photos again, allow the client to compare before and after, and document for storage.
