Greenhouse Construction Tip 1: Pay Attention to Location
Choose locations for constructing greenhouse sheds that are situated on flat terrain, fertile soil with deep layers, and have good light and ventilation conditions. Ensure convenient drainage and irrigation, and favorable hydraulic conditions.
Greenhouse Construction Update 2: Wall Compaction
The Wall Construction: Begin by compacting the bottom of the wall with a bulldozer to a width of 6-8 meters, ensuring the foundation settles. Then, use an excavator to add soil, depositing 70 centimeters of loose earth each time, and compact it 2-3 times with the excavator. Finally, use the bulldozer to compact the top of the wall. Cutting the Wall: When cutting the shed wall with an excavator, maintain an incline with a narrower top and wider bottom, ideally between 6-10 degrees.
Greenhouse Construction Part 3: Bottom Treatment
Leveling the shed floor: Use an excavator to level the shed floor, followed by flooding with large amounts of water to properly bury the pillars and prevent them from sinking.
Greenhouse Construction Update 4: Add Columns
Due to the pressure on the vegetable greenhouse, two rows of columns are required during construction: the rear砌 column and the front row column. The rear砌 column is a 5.5-meter heavy-duty column (buried 50 cm below ground), and the front row column is a standard 2-meter column.
