An Organic Heat Carrier Boiler is a new type, safe, and energy-saving electrically heated thermal oil system. It is composed of a combination of explosion-proof electric heaters, organic heat carrier furnaces, heat exchangers (if applicable), on-site explosion-proof control cabinets, thermal oil pumps, expansion tanks, and more. Users can simply connect the power supply, inlet and outlet pipes of the medium, and some electrical interfaces to start using it.

Fuel undergoes adiabatic combustion within the combustion chamber, making it easier to ignite and burn more completely, thereby enhancing the boiler's thermal efficiency.

3. The medium flow is rationalized, with the thermal oil flowing from low to high entry and exit, making it difficult for the gases produced during operation to remain within the furnace.

Fuel Gas

The Fuel (Gas) Organic Heat Carrier Boiler is a modular, forced-circulation vertical fuel (gas) boiler. The boiler's heating surface is compactly structured, consisting of inner and outer densely packed disks. The inner tube forms a radiant heating surface, while the outer surface of the outer tube constitutes a convection heating surface. The boiler is composed of an upper main body and a lower combustion chamber, assembled on-site. After the fuel is fully combusted within the combustion chamber, the radiant heating surface absorbs most of the heat. The high-temperature flue gas then enters the convection heating surface for heat exchange. After leaving the boiler, it heats the air required for combustion in the air preheater. The flue gas is then sent to the chimney and released into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan after passing through a dust collector.
