Enhanced Requirements for Container Roller Hub Mounting and Replacement
During installation, the gap between the tank ears and the tank channel should meet the following requirements:
1. The rigid tank track must not exceed 5mm on each side when using sliding tank ears, and 10mm on each side for wooden tank tracks.
The diameter difference between the sleeve of the wire rope channel's ear and the wire rope diameter must not exceed 5mm.
3. The auxiliary sliding tank ears for rectangular steel tank channels with roller tank ears should maintain a gap of 10-15mm on each side.
When in use, the wear on the can ears and the can track, or the total gap, reaches the following limit values, a replacement is required:
1. The wear on either side of the wooden barrel exceeds 15mm or the total gap is over 40mm.
2. The wear on either side of the rail head in the rail groove exceeds 8mm, or the wear on the rail waist exceeds 25% of the original thickness. The wear on either side of the tank ear exceeds 8mm, or the total wear on both the tank ear and the rail groove on the same side exceeds 10mm, or the total gap between the tank ear and the rail groove exceeds 20mm.
3. The wear on one side of the rectangular steel tank exceeds 50% of the original thickness.
The total clearance between the wire rope guide and sleeve exceeds 15mm.
