They are easy to close to prevent sudden water immersion. The materials for waterproof airtight doors include wood and steel. Regardless of the material, strict construction techniques are required during production, and there are also points to be mindful of during use.
Section 1: Precautions for Waterproof and Sealed Doors
1. Conduct checks on the concentration of harmful gases such as methane and carbon dioxide at the construction site. The site must have good ventilation, with the concentration of methane and carbon dioxide gases not exceeding the regulations set forth in the "Coal Mine Regulations."
Inspect the support conditions of the roof and rib at a distance of 5 meters before and after the construction site, report and address any issues promptly, and only proceed with construction once there are no hidden dangers.
Wall perimeters require re-excavating to reveal solid ceilings and side walls, ensuring they are firmly connected with the coal and rock strata; the walls should be smooth with no cracks, double cracks, or hollow gaps.
4. Cable lines must pass through waterproof sealed door walls, with holes pre-allocated during the砌墙 construction. When cables are routed, conduit must be installed and cables should be neatly arranged according to the specified spacing.
5. Waterproof and airtight door walls should be constructed with non-flammable materials, ensuring tightness and no air leakage. When building with bricks, stagger the joints and keep the horizontal cracks level, with an orderly arrangement. Mix mortar with a 1:3 ratio of sand to cement.
During the process of constructing waterproof sealed doors, personnel are strictly prohibited from approaching the operators to prevent tools and materials from falling and injuring others.
Section II: Technical Requirements for Waterproof and Airtight Door Construction
1. We construct anchor rods at the top and both sides of the waterproof airtight door, integrating them with the door to form an entire unit.
2. The wall perimeter requires re-excavating to expose solid roof and side, securely connecting with coal rock. The wall surface must be smooth without cracks, double joints, or hollows. The excavation depth must meet the specified requirements, not less than 0.2 meters. The waterproof and airtight door wall should be constructed with non-flammable materials to ensure it is tight and airtight. When砌砖 walls, stagger the joints, keep the horizontal seams level, and maintain a neat arrangement.
3. Ensure cable routing through fire doors and sealed walls; pre-drill hole positions during masonry; install conduit for cables passing through and arrange them neatly according to cable suspension spacing.
