The hoist platform is a foldable container receiving device that can be applied at the mine shaft opening, bottom, and intermediate stages. When the container arrives, the hoist platform lowers and connects with the container, then folds up after the mining car enters or exits the container along the track. The hoist platform avoids the drawback of potential container jamming that may occur with receiving beams and containers, and has a wide range of applications. It is essential to use a hoist platform during multi-rope friction hoisting. Its缺点include inaccurate stopping and a longer time spent on the container. For multi-stage hoisting with steel wire rope guides, a stable container device must be installed at each stage.
Arm Length Calculation
The arm length of the hoist should be calculated based on the stroke H and the permissible tilt angle, and it is also related to the height difference between the hoist and the vehicle sides. Due to the presence of a loading trolley machine on the entry side of the vehicle, both downhill and uphill movements are permitted. On the exit side, the ore wagons typically slide due to the impact inertia of the incoming vehicle as they pass through the hoist. Therefore, for the exit side hoist, it should not operate in the direction of the vehicle's approach. There is an incline, also known as a "reverse slope." A "reverse slope" is only permitted when the vehicle side is equipped with a traction device.
